To provide customer satisfaction and respond to rapid changes as product lifecycles continue to become shorter, Okamoto subjects the products we produce to strict quality control at each of our production locations, which feature optimized production lines and manufacturing technology unique to each of our plants based on the ideals of comfort, safety, and prosperity.In addition, as for our international production facilities, in order to realize the speedy provision of products and reduction of production costs, we assign Japanese engineers to each location and provide products under the same production management systems as our domestic locations.We make efforts to improve customer satisfaction by providing safe, reliable products.
